Antitrade's quality management system is focusing on maximizing customer satisfaction through the use of our products and services.

Return Policy

We accept returns & exchanges 30 days from the date of purchase on all of merchandise. However, shipping and handling charges, if applicable, are not refundable.

Please read the following instructions carefully and completely before ship any merchandise back to us.

1. All returns or exchanges have to carry a valid Return Merchandise Authorization#.To obtain a RMA, please contact store@partsforhdtv.com or click here to submit a ticket.

2. RMA is valid for 7 days from the date of issue.

3.Item must be in original condition. There will be a charge for missing any accessories.

4.We are not responsible for lost package during shipping. You may want to insure and/or ship with tracking option for returns and exchanges.

5.Please use a outer box for all returns and exchanges and indicate the RMA# clearly on the outer box.
